"The Bar Has Been Raised"

Posted on 16:55 by Unknown
Hey kids,
Check these out!!
Nebuli SE's with Blue Twill Carbon Fiber flame inlays.
I haven't mentioned that I would be attempting  this, as I wasn't sure I'd be able to pull it off.
The C/F is .040 thick, and was machined on double sided tape with a .030 diameter carbide end mill.
I roughed the pocket in the frame with a .0625 mill, and finished it with the .030 mill.
It took all of yesterday, and today to finish these up.
I'm really pleased with the end results, so I'll be keeping one of the four right here for posterity;)
Today's offering:
All  of the Nebuli feature a CPM S30-V blade, and a one piece Titanium integral frame.
Physical dimensions are, .375 thick, 1.000 wide, and 2.500 closed, and 3.875 opened.
Actual cutting edge is 1.500 in length.

0 Nebuli SE's with Blue Twill C/F flame inlay ,and a custom Titanium thumb disk anodized Blue . $415.00. !!Sold!!
